Locate the usage pill

On the home screen, look at the bottom of the left sidebar. The usage pill is displayed above the workspace switcher, showing your current plan and usage status.

Review your usage

The usage pill displays:
  • Minutes used in the current billing cycle
  • Your total export minutes allowance
  • A color-coded usage bar (green under 50%, yellow under 75%, red above 75%)

View detailed report

Click the usage pill to open the Billing & usage page. Alternatively, open the workspace switcher > Workspace settings > Billing & usage in the Settings sidebar.

Download CSV report

Download a CSV report containing all your exported projects and their exported minutes for the current billing cycle.
Only Admins can access detailed billing and usage reports. Editors can see the usage pill but cannot download reports.

You won’t be able to export or publish new videos until your next billing cycle starts, unless you purchase additional export credits or upgrade your plan.
