Turn any screenshot in your article into an animated GIF. GIFs make your articles more engaging by showing dynamic content instead of static images, which is especially useful when a single frame doesn’t quite capture the action.
1

Open the GIF maker

Hover over the screenshot you want to convert and click the GIF button in the toolbar at the top right of the image.GIF button on the screenshot toolbar
The GIF button only appears on screenshots that were captured from your video — uploaded images can’t be converted to GIFs since there’s no source clip to draw from.
2

Adjust zoom and playback speed

The GIF maker opens with the source clip loaded into the editor. Use the controls in the right panel to fine-tune the result:
  • Zoom — zoom into a specific area of the frame (100%–300%)
  • Playback speed — speed the GIF up or slow it down (0.5x–3x)
You can also drag the timeline scrubber at the bottom to trim the start and end of the GIF.GIF maker right panel

When you’re happy with the preview, click Convert to GIF. Clueso replaces the screenshot in your article with the new animated GIF.Convert to GIF button
