Move your cursor to the desired position on the timeline where you want to
add a spotlight, then navigate to the Elements option on the left menu.

Click on Spotlight.

Adjust the position of the spotlight.

Click on the element to access the spotlight settings. Modify the background
color and border radius. In the Animation section, you can adjust the
transition time.
