Let’s consider this line from the script as an example. The voiceover says, “Once completed, a message will appear stating that Zoom for Google Workspace has been installed.”But when we preview the video after the voice reads out this sentence, the message popup hasn’t appeared yet. It’s still loading. That’s not what we want. So, let’s fix it by adding a sync point! We’ll go to the point in the script right after “Once completed,” is spoken and add a sync point here.To do this, simply hit plus and select “Add Sync Point.”
Alternatively, you can use the forward slash key on your keyboard and choose
“Add Sync Point.”
Now, we need to decide what frame the video should display at this point in the voiceover. We’ll use the slider to find the moment when the loading finishes in the video. When you’ve found the frame, hit confirm to lock it in.Our new sync point is now visible. If we click on the sync point, we can see that as soon as the voiceover finishes saying “Once completed” and before it says, “A message will appear,” we can see the message popup in the video. You’ll also notice our new sync point is in yellow, which means we must hit “Generate Speech” to apply the changes.
