On Clueso, you can use sync points to make sure that your voiceover and video remain perfectly in sync.To understand how they work, let’s look at an example.
In this part of the script, the voiceover says, “To begin, click on the settings icon.”Right in the middle of that sentence, there’s a sync point. If we click on it, we can see the frame in the video that appears at this point in the voiceover. In this case, we see the mouse is clicking on the settings icon. This means: just after the voiceover says “click on the” and right before it says “settings”, this frame will show up.That’s exactly what we want — the video syncs perfectly with the voiceover.
Let’s look at another example. Here, the script says: “Search for zoom”.In the middle of this phrase, we see sync point 3. If we click on sync point 3, we can see the frame that will appear at this point in the script. Here the word “Zoom” is actually being typed into the search bar.Perfect timing.
In this way, sync points help keep your video and voiceover in perfect sync — making sure what’s being said is exactly what’s being shown on screen.
