You can remove members from your Clueso workspace at any time. This action revokes their access but their content remains intact.
Only Admins can remove members. See Members and roles for details.

Removing a member

Open the workspace switcher

Click the workspace switcher at the bottom of the left sidebar (it shows your workspace name and plan).

Go to Workspace settings

In the dropdown, click Workspace settings at the bottom (gear icon). This opens the Settings page.

Navigate to Users

In the Settings sidebar, click Users under the Team section.

Find the member

Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the member you want to remove.

Remove the member

Click the three dots (•••) next to their name and select Remove from workspace. Confirm the action to finalize removal.

What happens when you remove a member

  • The member immediately loses access to your Clueso workspace.
  • Any content they created (videos, templates, or edits) remains in the workspace.
  • If the same user is added back later, their account will be re-associated with all their previous content.

FAQs

No. Removing a member only revokes their access. All videos, templates, and other content they created will stay in the workspace for other members to use.
If you re-add a removed member using the same email, their account will be linked back to their previous content. They’ll see all their videos, templates, and edits as before.
They cannot access your workspace anymore, but they may still have access to their personal Clueso account if they use the same login for other workspaces.
No. You can always add the member back later. If you need to fully delete an account, please contact Clueso support at support@clueso.io.
